With ‘Success in Action’ as this year’s theme, Women’s Leadership Symposium 2013 promises to be as action-packed as ever! The Symposium is an innovative and exciting opportunity for the best and brightest students to learn from and network with women from a wide range of industries. It is meant to educate, empower, and connect women in business while celebrating professionals who have created their own successful stories in various industries.

With over 60 speakers, students will be able to learn from an extensive variety of panels including: Accounting, Advertising, Consulting, Entertainment & Media, Entrepreneurship, Event Management, Fashion, Finance, Government, Human Resources, Law, Marketing, Not-for-Profit, Public Relations, and Retail Brands.

In one exciting day, delegates are exposed to numerous inspiring stories, tips for success, and networking opportunities. This is held through mediums such as multiple keynote speakers, roundtable discussions, seminars and panel speakers.

A summary of the criteria and responsibilities for each executive position can be found relative to each job posting found on the Leadership Opportunities link of the Student Organizations section of the Rotman Commerce Portal.

Applications for RCWIB Executive Positions

In order to apply for executive positions, applicants must submit the following information:

· A cover letter summarizing your interest and qualifications for the position that they’re applying for;
· A resume detailing your pertinent employment and volunteer history that would be considered an asset in considering you for the role that you’re applying for.

Please note that you may apply for more than one (1) position in any one (1) or more groups. However, separate cover letters and resumes must be submitted for each position that you’re applying for.

The deadline to submit an application for an executive position in Rotman Commerce Women in Business is Friday, January 11 at 12:00 pm.
